*NSync South Africa Disclaimer
Before you bother to send me hatemail, please take the time to read this.
*NSync South Africa contains:
1. News articles, interviews, profiles, biographies and other information collected from various sources which have been noted and acknowledged.
2. Photographs and other graphics from various sources, which have also been acknowledged. Some graphics are original work by the Webmaster of *NSync SA and affiliates and are © *NSync South Africa and may not be used in other web sites and/or pages, projects, work, etc. without proper permission from the webmaster.
3. Lyrics of many songs, all of which have been typed and checked by the Webmaster and are free for use by all fans and visitors. If they are to be used on another web site, credit must be given to *NSync South Africa.
4. A large section of humour (US: humor) skits, pictures and stories written by fans. These are also © *NSync South Africa and may not be used without proper permission from the Webmaster. Many of this material is of a sexual nature and may not be suitable for younger fans (the pages are not age restricted so you will have to judge for yourself). Other material may insult and/or rip off celebrities, notably *NSync, but also Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys and others. This is for entertainment purposes only and visitors should not be offended.
Note: It is all fiction. The Webmaster is not saying that *NSync or anyone else is gay, or in fact anything in the stories.
NB: All submissions, donations or contributions to the site (including any/all pictures, stories, information, news, humour, lyrics, graphics, etc) become the sole property of *NSync South Africa. Only the Webmaster has access to any of the files on the site and it is up to her to decide if such submissions are added/moved/removed/changed in any way. If you feel that you would like your contribution removed from the site, approach the Webmaster with a strong, valid reason why it should be removed. Your case will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken. The Webmaster may decide not to remove said item, in which case there is nothing you can do about it. However, the Webmaster is very reasonable in such matters, but ask nicely.
*NSync SA cannot accept responsibility for visitors' reactions to any of the material mentioned above. All sections of a possibly offensive nature are well marked and should be avoided by sensitive viewers.
Everyone has a right to an opinion, as does the Webmaster. Any comments about celebrities, movies, music, television and other people are merely her own opinion. If you disagree with her views, there's really nothing you can do about it.
If anyone has any problems with the site AFTER and only after reading all of the above, feel free to email the webmaster. She will gladly reply to your comments. Here's what you can expect:
1. Insult the Webmaster and she will undoubtedly insult you and if need be, *NSync.
2. Obviously, this is the thing most people have a problem with - ripping off *NSync (since this is technically an *NSync fan site), but the Webmaster does not have a problem with this.
3. Don't bother telling her how much you hate *NSync, either. She will not care at all.
4. Feel free to try any of this. It is likely that you will be insulted, ridiculed, and belittled. The Webmaster is quite ruthless when she feels like it.
5. Do not insult the site. The Webmaster will not be happy. Unless you have proof of a better website that you yourself have created, you are in no position to insult this site. Since you do not have a better site and obviously lack the computing ability to create one, do not try and get into a battle with the Webmaster. You will not win. It is futile. Especially when it comes to the Webmaster's computer skills.
If you have read ALL of the above and still have a problem, feel free to email the Webmaster and she will show you what I mean when I say "ruthless". Not to say that your opinion matters to her, but you will not get away with it anyway.
Genuine problems, suggestions and questions may also be directed to the Webmaster. She will be nice to you in such a case. The above warnings do not apply to you and you have nothing to worry about.
Hatemail and/or intelligent comments may be emailed to the *NSync South Africa Webmaster, with an appropriate subject line and your message. Not signing your name suggests that you have something to hide, so please sign something. Wouldn't you rather be insulted/thanked by your name?
Please note when sending the Webmaster comments:
1. She is very busy and you may get a reply from me instead. But don't worry, I will tell her what you said.
2. LEARN TO SPELL!! If you are going to complain, do it properly. There's nothing worse than getting an email from someone that's full of spelling errors. How do you expect to be taken seriously??
3. If you send a complaint and it is obvious you have not read this disclaimer, you will simply be told to read this disclaimer.
