Important information

Prices include VAT in all cases, unless otherwise stated. There is no VAT on secondhand prices. Postage and packaging will be charged extra, and the amount will depend on the method of forwarding as well as weight and size of the parcel, as well as origin.

All prices are dependent on availability and exchange rate.

Forwarding to destinations outside of South Africa will mean that the purchaser will not have to pay the VAT on the goods, but that these goods will be subject to his country's import and tax duties. Visitors with foreign passports buying in South Africa must pay the VAT, but can reclaim the VAT at their port of exit at the customs office.

Decide on the item you are interested in. Check the price and availability by telephone or e-mail, or click on the supplier link. Goods ordered from suppliers must be paid directly to the supplier.

Come and visit us in Edenvale (Johannesburg) to collect your purchase, bringing your cash, cheque or credit card and identity documents along.

How to use our mailorder system:

Decide on the item you are interested in. Check the price and availability by telephone or e-mail, or click on the supplier link. Pay for the item by bank deposit or electronic transfer, or send a cheque, or provide your credit card details (see also "How to buy by mailorder using a Credit Card"), or pay the supplier direct. Fax the slips to us, together with your postal details. Goods will not be forwarded until the payment has been cleared.

How to buy by mailorder using a Credit Card:

In order to safeguard our customers as well as ourselves from fraudulent use of credit cards, we will expect the customer to fax us a note stating the amount of the purchase as well as the credit card number and expiry date, with his signature. Credit cards will be subject to screening.

Goods ordered by overseas customers will only be forwarded after the credit card had been screened and/or the payment had been cleared (might take two to three months for full clearing). Only direct bank transfers, including the cost of bank charges, will be accepted for large orders.
