General Advice
  • Humvess/Buggies/Troop Transport/Pickup/Land Rovers don't need a crewman kit to drive. The rest do. Don't leave vehicles abandoned, for two reasons. Firstly, they don't respawn like in Battefield 2. Where you leave them is where they stay. Vehicles are assets and if you abandon one in the middle of nowhere, well, you're now one short. It's amazing how quickly those trucks or jeeps run out. Secondly, if the enemy finds one of your vehicles and destroys it, your side loses major points.
  • Vehicles can take up to 20 minutes to respawn. Be careful with them.
  • You can't jump into an enemy view and use it, like in BF2.

For helicopers, as above except that you must be landed on the helipad,
