Temporary Employment
- qualified assignees based on a
detailed job description supplied by the client taking in to
account the specific skills required
- rates are negotiated based on
client requirements and level of assignee skills
- statutory deductions are done by
Butlers Personnel and salaries/wages are transferred
electronically
- remuneration is calculated from
authorised time sheets, signed by the client and faxed to
Butlers on a weekly basis
- all assignees are paid according
to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act i.e Leave, Sick
Leave, paid public holidays, UIF etc. and are covered by the
Workmens Compensation Act
