qualified assignees based on a detailed job description supplied by the client taking in to account the specific skills required rates are negotiated based on client requirements and level of assignee skills statutory deductions are done by Butlers Personnel and salaries/wages are transferred electronically remuneration is calculated from authorised time sheets, signed by the client and faxed to Butlers on a weekly basis all assignees are paid according  to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act  i.e Leave, Sick Leave, paid public holidays, UIF etc. and are covered by the Workmens Compensation Act
