• All the components are manufactured in South Africa. Sophisticated machining processes are used in order to ensure that the highest quality of components are produced. This way perfect fitment of the various components are ensure.

  • The concept is a registered design, which is engineered to bolt together in such a unique way, that it is even stronger than a conventional welded bullbar.
  • After each bullbar is fully assembled and a stringent quality control inspection is done, the bar is disassembled and prepared for chroming. A special chroming process is used to ensure that the bullbar will withstand the sandblasting, which is so characteristic of South African roads.
  • On return the bullbar is fully assembled again before it is fitted to the client's truck. Should a bullbar be shipped to a remote destination, it will be wrapped in protective covering before dispatchment.
